This policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Georgia No. 5669 of December 28, 2011, "On Personal Data Protection."
Collection of Personal Information

Composition of Personal Data
2.1 The personal data we process include:
- first name and last name;
- date and place of birth;
- place of registration and residence;
- postal code;
- contact telephone numbers;
- email address;
- other data that allow user identification;
- name and surname of the head/employee of a legal entity (as well as other personal data of such persons provided when concluding or executing a contract).
2.2 The personal data provided are necessary for concluding a contract with the user.
Access to Information
3.1 We grant access to your personal data to third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
- With your explicit consent for the transfer of confidential information.
- In accordance with the requirements of the domain name registry, information about the domain owner must be published in the Whois system. In this case, your name, surname, patronymic, address, postal code, telephone, and email address may appear in open sources accessible to any Internet user.
- In accordance with the requirements of SSL certificate registrars, information about the organization and its postal address may be transferred.
3.2 We will make every effort to provide you with access to your personal data, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it at your request, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Data Protection Measures
4.1 The Contractor applies various protection mechanisms for personal data, including:
- protection against unauthorized access;
- SSL certificates.
4.2 User passwords are not stored in plain text in the database; they are encrypted.
4.3 The Contractor takes measures to protect personal data stored on servers from unauthorized access and loss.

5.1 In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 25 May 2018 on the protection of personal data of individuals in the European Union and the European Economic Area:

5.2 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Regulation for the following purposes:
a) to conclude a contract with you, as provided by subparagraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph 1, Article 6 of the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection," under which the user consents to the processing of their personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
b) to fulfill obligations under subparagraph (c) of paragraph 1, Article 6, which provides that processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
5.3 In certain cases, we may transfer your personal data to other recipients/processors if necessary for the performance of the contract or to comply with obligations imposed on us. In such cases, your personal data may be provided to:
- authorized persons, including our employees who need access to personal data in order to perform their duties;
- other recipients, such as intermediaries, domain registries, certification authorities, banks, companies, and state institutions by court order.
5.4 You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data held by us;
- request corrections;
- request deletion;
- restrict the processing and transfer of your data.
Event Log
6.1 Information about user activity is recorded in the event log.
6.2 These data are used to provide and improve hosting services.
6.3 Such records may include:
- resources defined by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files);
- time the request was received;
- time the response was sent;
- response status;
- information on errors occurring during the HTTP transaction;
- the URL of the previously visited page;
- information about the IP address.
Cookies
