Terms and Conditions

This document regulates the relationship between a user who joins the hosting service on rednet.ge and, at the same time, defines the rules and conditions for using the services offered on rednet.ge.

 

Before registration, the user is obliged to carefully read these rules and conditions. From the moment of registration, cooperation will be defined by this document.

 

Provider – LLC Connect (ID: 205275833), registered address: Tbilisi 0186, University St. 17a

 

User – a natural or legal person registered on the electronic portal rednet.ge

 

1. Definitions

1.1 Service – the main product or service offered by the Provider (web hosting or virtual server).

 

1.2 Additional Service – additional services offered by the Provider (installation of special software by specialists, system configuration) or other services requested by the user.

 

1.3 Personal Panel – id.rednet.ge – a personal space intended for users, providing them with access to services.

 

1.4 Package – a pre-defined service tariff by the Provider and its technical specifications.

 

1.5 Continuous Service Operation – uninterrupted functioning of the service in the internet network for 99.5% of 30 calendar days.

 

1.6 Provider’s NOC Group – (Network Operations Center) network operations center.

 

2. Use of Services

2.1 Shared Hosting (cPanel hosting)

 

2.1.1 Account Creation – A new hosting account can be created from the user’s personal panel.

 

2.1.2 Trial Period – When a new hosting account is created, the service is automatically assigned “temporarily active” status, meaning it is enabled with a 3-day trial period. If payment is not made before the trial expires, the service will be suspended. If payment is not made within 5 calendar days after suspension, the service will be canceled.

 

2.1.3 Full Activation – The service is fully activated upon the first payment.

 

2.1.4 Shared Hosting Packages – Users may use pre-offered hosting packages or request a customized package.

 

2.2 Virtual Server

 

2.2.1 Ordering a Virtual Server – Can be done through the personal panel. The user can choose from pre-defined packages or request a custom one. Payment must be made within 5 days of ordering; otherwise, the order will be canceled.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 The user has the right to demand full and proper fulfillment of the Provider’s obligations under this document.

 

3.2 The user has the right to receive timely information about any restrictions, suspensions, or factors affecting service quality and conditions.

 

3.3 The Provider backs up user data once a week (every Sunday) following international standards and keeps backup copies for 1 month. However, since 100% data safety cannot be guaranteed, the user must also back up their own data. The Provider is not responsible for user data loss.

 

3.4 The user must pay service fees on time to avoid suspension or cancellation under clauses 5.1 and 6.3.

 

3.5 The user must not upload, distribute, or host content that is:

 

  • illegal, threatening, offensive, violates copyrights, or promotes racial, religious, gender, or social discrimination;
  • harmful to minors;
  • violating minority rights;
  • published without legal rights under Georgian law or contracts;
  • infringing patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or third-party copyrights;
  • spam, including search spam, or unauthorized email lists;
  • viruses, malware, or software intended to disrupt or damage systems;
  • containing login details, passwords, serial codes, or links to such information;
  • personal data of third parties;
  • intentionally violating Georgian law or international norms.

 

4. Provider Rights and Obligations

4.1 The Provider must ensure uninterrupted service operation.

 

4.2 The NOC group must monitor the network 24/7, fix issues in reasonable time, and inform users about disruptions and repair timelines.

 

4.3 The Provider has the right to suspend services if the user causes harm, engages in unauthorized access, spam, malware distribution, or other unlawful activities.

 

5. Service Termination

5.1 If the user violates the terms in Section 3, the Provider may cancel the account within a reasonable time. Notice will be shown in the personal panel.

 

5.2 Once canceled under Georgian law or clause 5.1, the service cannot be restored.

 

5.3 If payment is not made for 60 days after suspension due to non-payment, the service will be canceled.

 

5.4 The user may request cancellation through their panel. The Provider will cancel within a reasonable time.

 

5.5 In all cancellation cases, service data will be deleted, and prepaid fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Payment and Refund Policy

 

6.1 Payments can be made via:

 

  • 6.1.1 Online card payment (for companies and individuals), with data entered on the bank’s website.
  • 6.1.2 Bank transfer based on invoice generated in the personal panel.

 

6.2 Refunds of prepaid unused balances (for more than 1 month) are possible if:

 

  • 6.2.1 Services were not provided or were disrupted;
  • 6.2.2 The user canceled the service early.

 

6.3 Refund requests must be emailed to info@connect.ge with service details, reason, payment date, method, and amount.

 

6.4 The Provider must process refunds within 10 business days to the original payment account.

 

6.5 If the package was purchased at a discount, refunds will be recalculated at full (non-discounted) monthly rates, and only the remaining balance refunded.

 

7. Other Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to amend terms of service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website (rednet.ge/terms-of-use) and will also be visible in the user’s personal panel.
